Central to The Rotary Club of Issaquah's mission of community service its scholarship program. Started in 1980 by a grant from club member Harvey Hand, the club has typically awarded $10,000-$15,000 annnually to High School Seniors graduating from Issaquah Schools going on to pursue their academic and vocational goals in universities, colleges and technical schools.

Applications for our scholarship program are accepted between January 1 and March 31 of each year once the current years applications have been posted. We try to have the new applications up no later than January 31 of each year and will post them as soon as they are available. Applicants will then be contacted for personal interviews late in April. Recipients will be notified in early May and awards will be distributed at respective graduation and/or award ceremonies. Please see attached documents for complete application guidelines and questionnaire.

Though in the past the club's program has been open to Seniors in all four Issaquah high Schools, it is currently made available to Seniors at Liberty, Issaquah and Tiger Mountain Community high schools. Scholarships for Skyline High School Seniors are made available through The Rotary Club of Sammamish.
